No minimums · 1 piece OK
No setup fees · ever
Free shipping · over $100
Premium feel · on uniforms

Embroidery is the right finish whenever your brand needs to feel premium — built into the fabric rather than printed on top of it. It's the gold standard for company polos, restaurant uniforms, golf hats, corporate jackets, and any garment where the wearer represents your business in person.

We embroider with no minimum order quantity, no setup fees, and free shipping on orders over $100. Whether you need one shirt for a new hire or fifty for a service team, the digitizing happens once and the per-piece quality is identical.

How Embroidery Works

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric with thread, using a programmed pattern called a "digitized file." That file controls every needle movement — stitch direction, density, color changes, and underlay — and it's the difference between embroidery that looks crisp and embroidery that looks puckered or muddy. We digitize in-house with experienced operators, so your file is built once, correctly, and saved for every reorder.

Once digitized, your design is stitched at our facility on commercial multi-head embroidery machines. The result is a durable, dimensional finish that survives industrial laundry, daily wear, and years of use without fading.

What Embroidery Is Best For

Company Polos

The default for branded staff apparel — restaurants, retail, professional services, hospitality.

Workwear & Uniforms

Service techs, contractors, landscapers — survives industrial wash cycles that would punish printed shirts.

Hats & Caps

Embroidery is the only durable way to put a logo on a structured cap. Yes, we do leather patches too.

Jackets & Outerwear

Soft-shells, fleeces, work jackets — embroidery sits naturally on heavier fabrics where prints can look stiff.

Small Logos

Left chest, sleeve, back-of-collar — embroidery's natural scale is exactly the spot where most company logos live.

Premium Feel

If your brand needs to look established and high-end, embroidery does that work without saying a word.

Embroidery Pricing

Embroidery carries a $12 per-piece minimum at any quantity — that's the floor across every tier, including 100+ orders. There's no separate setup fee or digitizing charge; we include it. For exact pricing, head to the order page, choose Embroidery as the decoration method, and the live engine will give you the per-piece price.

Free Shipping over $100Orders subtotal $100 or more ship free across the United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $18.

Embroidery vs. Screen Printing — When to Pick Which

Embroidery looks more premium and lasts longer on heavy-use uniforms — but it's the more expensive method per piece, and large designs become impractical (and uncomfortable to wear) once stitch counts get big. Use embroidery when your logo is small and the garment is the kind that gets worn for work. Use screen printing for tees, large designs, or any time you want bold solid-color graphics. Garment Placement Options

Standard placements include left chest, right chest, full back, sleeve, hat front, and hat back. Different placements carry small surcharges based on machine setup — the order form shows the all-in price as you build your order.

Embroidery FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge a digitizing fee for embroidery?
No. Digitizing is included in our per-piece pricing. Most embroidery shops bill digitizing as a separate $40–$80 setup. We file your digitized design after the first order so reorders skip the digitizing step entirely.
What's the minimum order for embroidery?
One piece. Our embroidery pricing has a $12 per-piece minimum that applies even on large orders, but there's no minimum quantity — you can order one polo, one hat, or one jacket and we'll embroider it.
Can you embroider on hats and structured caps?
Yes. Hat-front embroidery is one of our most common requests. We can also do back-strap embroidery and sleeve panels. For very dense logos on structured hats, we'll usually recommend a leather or PVC patch instead, which gives a cleaner result on rigid surfaces.
How big can the embroidered logo be?
Standard left-chest is around 3.5–4 inches wide. Full-back is up to about 12 inches. Past that, stitch counts get so high the garment starts to feel heavy and the price climbs. For larger artwork, screen printing or DTF is almost always a better fit.
Will embroidered shirts shrink or pucker after washing?
If digitized correctly with proper stabilizer and stitch density, no. The most common cause of puckered embroidery is bad digitizing — and that's exactly the part most cheap embroiderers skip. We digitize in-house and test on the actual garment fabric before running a full order.
How long does embroidery turnaround take?
Standard production runs about 4 business days for embroidery orders once art is approved, plus shipping time. Rush production is available for $25 flat at any quantity if you need 2-day turnaround.
Can you embroider on garments I supply?
In most cases yes, with a small per-piece handling adjustment. We strongly recommend ordering through us though — supplied-garment embroidery limits how we can warranty the final product if anything goes wrong on the machine.
