## 2. Ordering policy (current as of August 2026)

**Order minimum:** $25 subtotal — that is a single shirt. There is NO quantity minimum and NO small-run surcharge. Order 1 tee, 1 hoodie, or 500.

**Setup fees:** $0. No screen-burning fees, no per-color fees, no per-piece setup.

**Digitizing (embroidery only):** $55 one-time per new logo. Waived on orders of 24+ pieces. All reorders of the same logo are free forever — we keep stitch files on file permanently.

**Rush production:** $50 flat fee, any quantity. Cuts standard 4-day production down to 2 business days.

**Shipping:**
- Orders over $50: FREE via UPS or USPS ground with tracking, to all 50 states.
- Orders $25 to $50: $12 flat US-wide.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: same pricing, add 1–2 business days.

**Payment:** Stripe checkout at time of order. 100% refundable until you approve your digital proof. No credit card required upfront for quotes.

**Proof:** Free digital proof emailed within 24 hours. Unlimited revisions until you're happy. Production only starts after your written approval.

**Turnaround:** Standard is 4 business days production + shipping transit (1–4 days depending on distance). DTF orders often finish in 1–3 days. Total door-to-door averages 6–9 business days standard.

## 3. Decoration methods

### Screen printing
Plastisol ink pushed through fine mesh screens onto fabric, then heat-cured. Best for bold, solid-color logos. Cheapest per piece at 24+ quantities. Real production tradeoff: each color requires a separate screen, so we do not charge setup fees but we route full-color art to DTF where it's cheaper.

Best for: solid-color team logos, restaurant staff shirts, event tees at 24+ pieces, heavy-use workwear.

Wash durability: outlasts the shirt when washed cold and dried low.

### DTF (direct-to-film)
Full-color prints rendered onto PET film with specialty inkjet, coated with heat-activated adhesive, heat-pressed onto the garment. No screens to burn — one shirt costs the same per-piece as fifty. Softer hand than plastisol; bonded permanently to fabric.

Best for: photographic art, gradients, small quantities, mixed fabrics (cotton, poly, blends, performance), full-color designs.

Wash durability: 50–80+ wash cycles with no meaningful color loss when washed cold and dried low.
