- Order details — the garment, color, decoration method, sizes, quantities, and any notes or artwork files you upload.
- Shipping & billing address — collected at checkout to deliver your order and process payment.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, used to improve the site and measure advertising.
How we use your information
- To produce, proof, and ship your order.
- To communicate with you about your order (proofs, questions, tracking).
- To process payment securely through Stripe.
- To improve our website and understand how customers find us.
- To send you order-related email. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudinary (artwork file storage), Netlify (website hosting), and shipping carriers (UPS, USPS) to deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as well.
Data security & retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. We keep order records as long as needed for business and legal purposes, and you may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us.

Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
