These terms govern your use of harborsideprint.com and any order you place with Harborside Print Co. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Ordering & payment
- All orders are placed through our online order form and paid in full at checkout via Stripe.
- Prices shown are estimates based on the options you select. Premium garments and special requests may be quoted separately; we'll confirm any difference on your proof before production.
- Production begins only after you approve your digital proof.
Artwork & proofs
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or trademarks you submit. By uploading artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you authorize us to reproduce it on your order.
- We send a free digital proof for every order. Production does not start until you approve it. Please review proofs carefully — spelling, colors, sizing, and placement are your responsibility to confirm.
- Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Garment color availability follows the manufacturer spec sheet.
Turnaround & shipping
- Standard production is 4 business days from proof approval. Rush production (2 business days) is available for an additional fee.
- We ship via UPS and USPS to all 50 states. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
- Free shipping applies to orders over $100; a flat shipping fee applies below that.
Garment & print variances
Apparel decoration is a hand process. Minor variations in print placement (typically up to ½ inch) and color are normal and not considered defects. Manufacturer sizing tolerances apply.
Cancellations & changes
Because each order is custom-made, changes or cancellations are only possible before proof approval. Once you approve the proof and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
