How to run an online team store without collecting money or sizes
Open a free group store: pick up to six items, share the link, and every member chooses a size and pays on their own. The store stays open 7–30 days; when it closes, everything prints together and one box ships free to you. With 30 people buying a printed Gildan tee priced at $10 plus a $5 fundraising markup, members pay $15 each and the team raises $150.
How it works
- Start the store at group stores: your team name, the logo, up to six products and up to four colors each.
- We review and approve the store — prices are locked from then until it closes.
- Share the link. Members pick their sizes and pay by card — no spreadsheets, no cash, no chasing.
- The store closes on the date you chose. If at least 12 pieces were ordered, you approve a proof, everything prints as one order and ships to you.
- You hand out the shirts.
What members pay
| Store size | Tee price | With a $5 markup | Team raises |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 expected pieces | $12 | $17 | $60 |
| 24 expected pieces | $10 | $15 | $120 |
| 48 expected pieces | $9 | $14 | $240 |
Gildan 5000 tee, one printed location. Prices are set from the quantity you expect, so a bigger store has cheaper shirts. Hoodies, polos and hats work the same way with their own prices.
The rules, plainly
- Free to run. No setup fee, no account fee.
- 12-piece minimum. If the store closes with fewer than 12 pieces, every member is refunded automatically — nobody is charged for shirts that are not made.
- Open 7 to 30 days; 14 is typical.
- Fundraising markup: $0–$10 per item, paid to the organizer.
- One shipment to the organizer, free. Shirts are not mailed to each member.
- Printed or embroidered, and you approve a proof before anything prints.

Tips that make stores sell
- Keep it to two or three items — a tee, a hoodie and a hat sells better than six choices.
- Post the link with a close date and a reminder two days before.
- Put a photo of the proof on the post; people buy what they can see.
- For a fundraiser, say what the money is for.
Questions people ask
Does a team store cost anything to set up?
No. It is free to run; members pay for what they order.
What happens if not enough people order?
If fewer than 12 pieces are ordered by the close date, every member is refunded automatically.
Can members get shirts shipped to their homes?
No — the whole order ships to the organizer in one box, free. That is what keeps the price per shirt low.
