A group store replaces the size spreadsheet and the cash envelope. You pick up to six items (a tee, a hoodie and a hat sell best) in up to four colors each, we approve the store, and you share the link. Every family picks a size and pays by card. The store stays open 7–30 days; when it closes, everything prints together as one order and one box ships free to the organizer. The store needs 12 pieces to print — below that every family is refunded automatically — and the PTA can add a $0–$10 fundraising markup per item, paid to the organizer. Step by step: how to run an online team store.
Cape High senior hoodies (180 pieces, individual online ordering) and Atlantic Elementary PTA spirit week (240 pieces, 5 colors, 6-day rush).

Yes — youth XS–XL in the Gildan 5000B tee and 18500B hoodie, and adult sizes up to 5XL on the Gildan 5000. Youth styles count toward quantity breaks on their own, so a 60-adult, 40-youth order prices as 60 and 40. Both go in one order and ship together.
Yes. In a group store you set a markup of $0 to $10 per item on top of the shirt price; the markup times the pieces sold is paid to the organizer. For a bulk order, volume pricing — $8 a tee at 100 — leaves room to sell at a round number.
Free proof within 24 hours on business days, 4 business days of production after you approve it (2 business days with the $50 rush), then 2–5 business days by UPS or USPS ground. For a store, add the days it is open.
