The median Harborside order arrived 6 business days after payment, proof and production included. Across 29 orders with a carrier delivery scan on file, 41% arrived within 5 business days, 79% within 7 and 93% within 10. The slowest took 12 business days.
Of the 38 orders with a ship date on file, half left the shop within 4 business days of payment. These are our own numbers, updated October 28, 2026.

What decides your date
- How fast you approve the proof. A free proof comes within 24 hours on business days; production starts when you approve it.
- Production. 4 business days after approval for every method, or 2 business days with rush ($50, any quantity).
- Distance. We ship from New Jersey by UPS or USPS ground, usually 2 to 5 business days in transit; the Northeast is fastest.
- Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more covers the lower 48 states, DC and Puerto Rico, and these numbers are lower-48 deliveries; Alaska and Hawaii have an additional shipping charge and take longer, so email us for a quote before you order.
- The calendar. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
How we count
Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting major U.S. holidays, in New York time. The day you pay is day zero; the day the carrier scans the box delivered is the last day. Only orders whose delivery scan is on file are counted: we started recording scans in October 2026, so most earlier orders are not in these numbers. Ground shipping is not a guaranteed service and none of this is a promised date; it is what actually happened.

Is delivery guaranteed by a date?
No. Ground shipping is not a guaranteed-date service and we do not sell guaranteed dates. Rush production (2 business days, $50) shortens the production part; tell us your event date before you order and we will say honestly whether it is realistic.
What makes an order slower?
A proof that waits for approval, artwork that needs rebuilding, embroidery digitizing on a new logo, a holiday in the middle, and distance. Orders placed during a posted production notice also take longer.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, with an additional shipping charge, and transit there takes longer. Email orders@harborsideprint.com with your ZIP before you order and we will tell you the amount; if you check out first, we email you the charge before we start your order.
How do I see the expected date for my own order?
Product pages and the cart show an estimated arrival date worked out from today and the production time. Once your order ships, the email we send has the tracking link.
