A rose wrapped in blue flame over a chrome horizon, artist name in pink script. Eighty-six pieces in a single run. Those flame-to-rose gradients would need five or six screens and perfect registration in screen print — DTF lays them down in one pass.

Their roadside sign reproduced across the full back — shop name, route number, phone, all sized to read from the far end of the bay. Fifty navy tees for the floor. White on navy stays legible under shop fluorescents and after a hundred washes.

A sunrise oak with its roots showing, gold script, and four words underneath: rooted, strong, resilient, united. Every gradient in that sky — and the bark texture behind it — prints as one full-colour pass. No screen count, no per-colour charge.

Two placements on one garment: a restrained wordmark at the left chest, and a checkered block running the full length of the right sleeve. Sleeve prints are the placement most shops upcharge for — and the one people actually see when arms are folded.

Community

Whitesboro — the run, folded

Same design, whole run folded and counted. White garments are the one case where a full-colour print gets easier, not harder — no white underbase to lay down first, so the sky keeps its depth.
