Harborside Print Co. ("we") collects only the information needed to produce and deliver your order: your name, contact details, shipping information, order details, and the artwork you upload. We use this information to prepare proofs, communicate about your order, produce and ship your items, and maintain your art files for reorders.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or artwork with third parties for marketing purposes. Artwork you upload remains yours; we store it solely to produce your orders and make reorders easy.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Order form submissions are delivered to us via our website host (Netlify) and email. We retain order history to support reorders and warranty claims.
Email orders@harborsideprint.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you or to have your information and artwork deleted.
