What we collect

When you order, request a quote or use our design tools, Harborside Print Co. ("we") collects your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, the artwork and notes you upload, and anything you type into a quote request or the AI Design Studio. When you browse the site, the analytics and advertising tools described below record which pages you visit and basic information about your device and browser. Your cart is kept in your own browser's storage until you check out.

How we use it

To prepare proofs, produce and ship your order, answer your questions, keep your art files for reorders and warranty claims, and understand which pages and ads bring people to the site. We email you about your order (confirmation, proof, shipping), may ask for a review after delivery, and may send past customers an occasional reorder reminder. To stop reminders, email orders@harborsideprint.com.

Services that handle your information

• Stripe processes payments and collects your shipping and billing address on its payment page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
• Netlify hosts this website and runs the code behind it. Orders, quote requests, design requests and uploaded artwork are stored with Netlify.
• Resend delivers the emails we send you about orders, proofs and quotes.
• Google Analytics (GA4) measures how visitors use the site — pages viewed, how they arrived, approximate location and device — using cookies.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) runs on our pages and records visits and purchases so we can measure our ads, using cookies.
• Anthropic (Claude) and Ideogram power the AI Design Studio. The description you type is sent to Anthropic to write a design brief and to Ideogram to draw the concepts. Nothing is sent to them unless you use the studio.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information or artwork. Artwork you upload remains yours; we store it to produce your orders and make reorders easy.

Your choices

Email orders@harborsideprint.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you or to have your information and artwork deleted.
