Embroider the front-of-house polos: a stitched logo survives hot commercial laundry and reads as a real business at the host stand. Screen print the kitchen and bar tees — they get bleached, burned and replaced, and at 24 pieces a print is $10 a shirt against $14 embroidered on the same tee. No quantity minimum — 15 servers means 15 shirts, and one shirt for a new hire is fine. The only floor is a $20 order total. The price per shirt steps down at 6, 12, 24, 48, 100 and 250 pieces.
