Existing customerEvery screen, stitch file, and DTF art we've printed for you is on file forever. Reorders skip setup entirely — you pay only the per-piece price, and shipping is free on orders of $50 or more ($12 below). Same designs, faster turnaround, less back-and-forth.

We reply within a business day with a quote and payment link. Production starts as soon as you approve.
Best if you want to change garment/color or add a new print location. Pick the garment and sizes in the shop and put your prior order number in the cart notes.
Forever. Screens, stitch files, and DTF art never expire from our system. If you last ordered 3 years ago, we still have it.
Yes. The design stays the same but you can swap garments (e.g., tees → hoodies) or colors freely. No new setup or digitizing charged.
Only if you're changing something — garment color, sizing tweaks, or adding a new print location. Exact-match reorders skip the proof step and go straight to production.
Usually 1-2 days faster because we skip the proof-and-approval step for exact reorders. Production is still 4 business days (2 with rush for $50), then UPS or USPS ground with tracking, usually 2–5 business days in transit.
Yes — no quantity minimum and no small-run surcharge. Adding one polo for a new hire? A 1-piece reorder is welcome at the 1–5 piece price on that garment's product page (see pricing); the $20 order minimum applies, and shipping is $12 under $50. Carhartt reorders are quoted by email, like the original order.
