We reply within a business day with a quote and payment link. Production starts as soon as you approve.
Best if you want to change garment/color or add a new print location. Use our standard order form and mention your prior order number in the notes.
Forever. Screens, stitch files, and DTF art never expire from our system. If you last ordered 3 years ago, we still have it.
Yes. The design stays the same but you can swap garments (e.g., tees → hoodies) or colors freely. No new setup or digitizing charged.
Only if you're changing something — garment color, sizing tweaks, or adding a new print location. Exact-match reorders skip the proof step and go straight to production.
Usually 1-2 days faster because we skip the proof-and-approval step for exact reorders. Standard production remains 4-8 business days depending on decoration method.
Yes — no quantity minimum and no small-run surcharge. Adding one embroidered Carhartt for a new crew hire? Reorders of 1 piece are welcome at the standard 1–5 piece rate (see pricing).
No problem. Email us with your name, business name, or the email you used to place the order. We'll find you in the system.
