Carhartt isn't in the online shop — the blank follows the wholesaler's price, so every Carhartt order gets a written quote before you pay. The embroidery itself is the same ladder as everything else: $24 a piece for 1–5 down to $9 at 250+ (see pricing), plus the garment.
Not everything on a Carhartt should be stitched. A full-back crew name or a big logo on a K87 is screen printed — up to 12 × 14 inches, any number of colors at no extra charge — and hi-vis ANSI tees are screen printed to keep the reflective rating. A left-chest embroidered logo with a screen-printed back on the same tee is a common crew setup. Both are quoted together on one written quote.

Yes — the K121 midweight pullover is the most-ordered Carhartt we stitch. A left-chest logo is standard; a full-back logo or crew name can be embroidered or screen printed on the same hoodie. Mixed sizes are fine, and 2XL and up carry a small upcharge for the larger blank.
Yes. Big back designs on K87 tees and K121 hoodies are screen printed, up to 12 × 14 inches, with no charge per color, and hi-vis ANSI tees are always screen printed to keep the reflective rating. Chest logos are usually embroidered; both go on one written quote.
Yes — chest and upper-back embroidery on the Duck Detroit jacket, Rain Defender soft shells and other Carhartt outerwear. One logo up to 4 × 4 inches is included in the embroidery price; a bigger embroidered back is jumbo / all-around work, and all of it is quoted with the jacket.
No quantity minimum — one embroidered hoodie for a new hire is a normal order; the only floor is a $20 order total. Under 24 embroidered pieces a new logo pays the $55 digitizing once; reorders of a logo we already hold never pay it again.
Your written quote arrives within one business day. Once you accept it, blanks we don't have on hand arrive from the wholesaler in 1–2 days, your free proof follows, and production is 4 business days after you approve it (2 business days with the $50 rush), then 2–5 business days of UPS or USPS ground shipping. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Yes — individual names, roles, or unit numbers per garment are a small per-piece add-on, priced in your written quote.
Hi-vis ANSI tees are usually screen printed to preserve the reflective rating; jackets and hoodies take embroidery well. We'll recommend per garment.
Email orders@harborsideprint.com first with the style and count. If the garment suits the hoop we quote the decoration on its own; because we didn't supply the blank, a piece damaged in stitching can't be replaced, and we say so on the quote.
