Rush custom shirts: what 12, 24, 36 and 48 cost and when they arrive

36 rushed custom shirts cost $410 — $10 each for printed Gildan 5000 tees plus the flat $50 rush fee, any quantity — and ship 2 business days after you approve the proof instead of 4. What rush orders cost

Rush is one flat $50 on the order, so the per-shirt price is the same as a standard order. Live checkout prices, printed Gildan 5000 tees in any color, S–XL, one print location in any number of colors, shipped free:

Every other garment rushes the same way: its order total on the quantity pages plus $50. Embroidered orders rush too.

When it arrives, in business days

Approve the proof on a Monday at noon and a rushed order ships Wednesday. From our South Jersey shop, UPS and USPS ground reach NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD and most of New England in about 2 business days (Friday), the Southeast and Midwest in 3–4 (the following Monday or Tuesday), and the West Coast in 5 (Wednesday). Those are the carriers' usual windows, not a guarantee — weather and holidays move them, which is why a hard date gets a phone call first.

When customers use rush

What we can't rush

Being honest: rush works for standard blanks (Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Jerzees) that we stock or can get from our supplier overnight. Carhartt is quoted per order. If you need a specialty garment that has to be ordered in (unusual color, unusual size run, boutique brand), it can add a day or two. Rush is charged at checkout, so if your date is tight, call or email before you order and we'll confirm the garment can make it.

How fast is rush production?
Rush production is 2 business days from proof approval, for a flat $50 addition regardless of quantity. Standard production is 4 business days at no charge.
Does rush include shipping time?
No. Rush covers production only. After we ship, transit takes 2-5 business days via UPS or USPS ground depending on distance from our East Coast shop. Checkout has no expedited option — for overnight or 2-day air, email orders@harborsideprint.com before you order and we'll quote it.
Is there a minimum for rush orders?
No quantity minimum. Order 1 shirt or 500 — rush is a flat $50 either way. Order minimum is $20.
How much do 36 rush shirts cost?
36 rushed Gildan 5000 tees cost $410 — $10 a shirt plus the flat $50 rush fee — shipped free. 24 are $290 and 48 are $482. The rush fee is the same whether you order 1 shirt or 500.
How much do 24 rush hoodies cost?
24 rushed Gildan 18500 hoodies with a front print cost $578 — $22 each plus the $50 rush fee — shipped free. Embroidered with a left-chest logo instead, $674; digitizing is waived at 24 or more.
Can I get shirts by this weekend?
Sometimes. Order early in the week, approve the proof the day it arrives and add rush, and your order ships 2 business days later; ground transit adds 2-5 business days. Need overnight or 2-day air?
