Rush production cuts our normal 4-business-day turnaround to 2 business days for a flat $50 — regardless of quantity. Add expedited shipping and we can hit most East Coast deadlines within a week of order placement.

What we can't rush
Being honest: rush works for standard blanks (Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Port & Co, most Carhartt) that we stock or can get from SanMar overnight. If you need a specialty garment that has to be ordered in (unusual color, unusual size run, boutique brand), it can add a day or two. When you place the order, tell us your date in the notes — we'll confirm feasibility before we charge for rush.

How fast is rush production?
Rush production is 2 business days from proof approval, for a flat $50 addition regardless of quantity. Standard production is 4 business days at no charge.
Does rush include shipping time?
No. Rush covers production only. After we ship, transit takes 2-5 business days via UPS or USPS depending on distance from our East Coast shop. For same-week delivery, add expedited shipping at checkout — overnight and 2-day options are available.
Is there a minimum for rush orders?
No quantity minimum. Order 1 shirt or 500 — rush is a flat $50 either way. Order minimum is $20.
Can I get shirts by this weekend?
If you order early in the week and add rush + expedited shipping, yes. Best bet: call us at (856) 805-0663 to confirm the timeline for your specific date. We'll be honest about what's realistic.
