You pay at checkout when you place your order. Every order then receives a free digital proof, usually within 24 hours on business days, and production begins only after you approve it. The approved proof is the contract for your order: garment, print size, colors, and spelling as shown. Mockups show placement approximately; each location is printed to our placement standard, the same spot on every size, within about ½ inch. Please review carefully — what you approve is what we print.
Cancel before we start your design for a full refund. After design work has begun and before you approve the proof, we refund everything except a $25 design and prepress fee. Once you approve the proof the order is custom-made and can't be cancelled, except that an Alaska or Hawaii order can be cancelled for a full refund if you decline the added shipping charge we email you before production; anything that doesn't match the approved proof is reprinted or refunded as described in our refund policy.
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any artwork you submit. We decline orders that infringe trademarks or copyrights. We may decline any order at our discretion.
Standard production is approximately 4 business days from proof approval; rush 2-day production is available for a flat $50 on any quantity. Orders ship UPS or USPS ground with tracking, usually 2–5 business days in transit; overnight or 2-day air can be quoted by email before you order. Production and transit times are estimates, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Wholesale blank availability changes daily. If a style or color becomes unavailable, we'll propose the closest equivalent before production — never substitute silently.
Shop prices include the garment and the per-size amount shown on each product page, and the total at checkout is what you pay. Orders have a $20 minimum. The cart prices every quantity; for 500 or more pieces you can also email orders@harborsideprint.com and we'll quote it. Player numbers on the back are +$3 per printed shirt, priced in the cart. Custom work — names on each piece, Carhartt and other workwear, and specialty inks — is quoted in writing before you pay. Shipping to the lower 48 states, DC and Puerto Rico is free on orders of $50 or more and a flat $12 below. Alaska and Hawaii have an additional shipping charge, quoted by email; if you check out for an Alaska or Hawaii address, we email you the charge before we order your blanks, and if you would rather not pay it you can cancel then for a full refund.
