Custom Embroidery — The Refined Presence Your Brand Deserves

A stitched logo doesn't just decorate a garment — it announces that your brand is the real thing. Threads catch light differently than ink. They sit slightly proud of the fabric, textured and dimensional. Customers, clients, and prospects notice. Embroidery reads as premium, permanent, and professional — the visual language of businesses that mean business.

Why embroidery elevates your brand

Printed shirts are functional. Embroidered shirts are professional. Here's what actually happens when you make the switch:

👔 Reads as "premium" — instantly

Customers judge your brand in the first 3 seconds of seeing your team. A screen-printed logo can look bootstrapped. A stitched left-chest logo on a Port Authority polo reads like a company that invests in itself — and that trust transfers to their perception of your work.

💎 Signals permanence & quality

Prints crack and fade. Embroidery lasts the life of the garment — often longer than the garment itself. That permanence subconsciously tells your customers "this company plans to be here for a while." Big deal for real estate agents, contractors, financial advisors, medical offices, and anyone selling trust.

🧵 Feels expensive to the touch

Embroidered garments have a tactile quality customers can feel. The dimensional threads, the weight of the stitch, the way it sits on the fabric — everything says "quality." Prospects who shake your hand and glance at your polo form an unconscious opinion about your professionalism.

🔨 Survives the real world

Industrial washing, job-site abuse, 200 workdays a year — embroidery keeps its edge when screen prints have peeled. That's why contractors, hospitality staff, medical offices, and outdoor crews standardize on stitched logos. One embroidered polo outlasts three printed ones.

🏆 Levels the playing field with bigger competitors

Small business up against a franchise or national brand? Embroidered uniforms make a two-person operation look like an established firm. Customers stop wondering if you're "big enough" — the polos already answered that.

📈 The reorder engine your marketing can't buy

Every embroidered polo is a walking billboard that lasts 3+ years. Your crew becomes marketing you paid for once. New hires get outfitted for the price of the garment (we keep your stitch file forever — no repeat digitizing charge, ever).

Who wins biggest by switching to embroidery

If your team wears their apparel in front of customers, embroidery pays for itself in perceived quality alone. These industries see the fastest ROI:

🏘️ Real estate & brokerages

Open house polos + branded caps. Homebuyers judge agents on presentation — embroidered branding closes that loop.

🏥 Medical & dental offices

Front-desk polos, tech scrubs, admin apparel. Patients trust polished, uniformed staff.

🔧 Contractors & trades

Painters, electricians, HVAC, plumbers, landscapers. Embroidered work shirts outlast prints AND win more callbacks.

🍽️ Restaurants & hospitality

Server polos, chef coats, host aprons. Consistent, professional presentation across every shift.

🎓 Camps & schools

Staff polos + camper caps. Embroidery reads as institutional and durable — parents notice. Camps page →

⛳ Country clubs, marinas, resorts

Staff uniforms across FOH, grounds, and services. Embroidery is the industry standard — screen print signals "temporary."

⛪ Churches & nonprofits

Staff polos + volunteer event apparel. Elevates the presentation of your mission.

🏛️ Law offices, accountants, agencies

Business-casual branded polos for client meetings, conferences, retreats. Instant credibility bump.

🚗 Auto shops & dealerships

Service techs, sales team, detail crew — embroidered work shirts survive grease, oil, and industrial wash.

Digitizing: what it is & when it's FREE

🎉 Current promo — save $55
Order 24+ embroidered pieces & digitizing is FREE

Get your logo digitized at no charge on orders of 24 or more embroidered pieces. Applied automatically — no promo code, no fine print. Kept on file forever for future reorders.

What is digitizing?

Embroidery machines cannot read image files — no PNG, no JPG, no PDF, no vector AI. They read stitch files: an engineered map of every single needle drop, stitch direction, stitch density, underlay layer, and thread color, sequenced so the design lays flat, holds up in the wash, and looks right on the fabric you picked.

Digitizing is the craft of translating your artwork into that stitch file. A bad digitize causes puckering, thread breaks, hairy edges, and premature wear — the difference between an embroidered logo that reads sharp for years and one that looks amateur after the first wash. So we do it in-house, by hand, no overseas middleman, no 2-week wait.

🧢 Custom hats, bags, multi-item projects, and everything else

Not every embroidery order fits a dropdown. If you're bringing us custom hats (Richardson 112, dad caps, Flexfit, snapbacks, beanies), bags & accessories (totes, backpacks, aprons, blankets), mixed multi-item orders (hats + polos + jackets in one project), or specialty garments you're supplying yourself — reach out directly. A two-line email or a five-minute call and we'll quote it, confirm the digitizing plan, and get you a free digital proof.

Pricing at a glance

Embroidery runs $8.95–$14.50 per piece by quantity (see full pricing), plus garment style upcharges. Shipping is free on every order. No minimums — a single embroidered Carhartt hoodie gets the same stitch quality as a 50-piece corporate run.

Embroidery vs. screen printing — when to pick which

Embroidery wins on: uniforms, workwear, hats, polos, jackets, corporate apparel, anywhere "premium + durable" matters. Screen printing wins on: hi-vis safety wear, large back designs, event tees, campaign runs, anywhere "big + colorful + cheap-per-piece" matters. FAQ

What's the minimum for embroidery?

None. One hat or one hoodie is a real order here, and it ships free.

Do I really get FREE digitizing at 24+ pieces?

Yes — applied automatically at checkout, no code required. Order 24 or more embroidered pieces on the same design and the $55 digitizing fee is waived. We keep your stitch file on hand forever after that, so future reorders are always free.

Do I pay digitizing again on reorders?

Never. Once we've digitized your logo (paid or promo), we keep the stitch file on file forever — reorders of the same logo skip the fee entirely, at any quantity.

What logos embroider well?

Bold shapes and text 0.25″ or taller stitch beautifully. Very fine gradients and tiny text may need simplifying — we'll advise on your proof, free.

Can you match my brand colors?

We match thread to PMS colors as closely as the thread library allows and show you the match on your digital proof first.

How fast is turnaround?

Most embroidery orders run 5–8 business days in production after proof approval, plus free tracked shipping. Rush 2-day production is $35 flat.

Got a project? Let's print it.

No minimums. No setup fees. Free shipping on every order. Checkout is 100% refundable until you approve your proof.
