Camp FAQ
How far ahead should I order for summer?
For staff apparel, 4–6 weeks before opening day is comfortable. For camper tees, 3–4 weeks before the session gives us room for proof revisions. If you're inside those windows, rush 2-day production is $35 flat — we've saved plenty of directors from a Friday-before-Monday panic.
Can I add new hires to my staff order after it's placed?
Yes, and there's no minimum-order penalty. If we already have your artwork on file, a single new-hire polo ships free at the same per-piece quality. Just email orders@harborsideprint.com.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or faith-based camps?
Our pricing is already volume-tiered — 100 pieces drops to $5.50 per shirt. For 501(c)(3) camps ordering annually, we can quote consolidated seasonal pricing on request. Email us with your 990 or letter of determination.
Can you print camper names on individual shirts?
Yes — DTF transfers let us personalize each shirt with camper first names, cabin numbers, or program tracks without per-name setup fees. Send us the roster and we'll match names to sizes.
What blanks do you recommend for camp use?
For staff polos, Port Authority Silk Touch (durable, machine-washable, professional). For camper tees, Bella+Canvas 3001 (soft-feel, holds print through many washes). For hoodies, Comfort Colors 1567 (broken-in feel, camp classic). We'll recommend based on your budget and vibe on the free proof.
Do you keep our artwork on file year over year?
Forever. Print files, embroidery stitch files, blank preferences, sizing splits — all logged. Reordering next season means one email, and we can turn a repeat run in half the time of a new order.
What if we need US-made blanks for donor grants?
Available on request — Gildan, Bayside, and several other USA-milled options. Add a note when you order and we'll confirm on your proof, no upcharge for common Gildan USA styles.
