Most custom apparel shops require 12, 24, or 48-piece minimums because they screen-print everything. We invested in DTF (direct-to-film) printing, which has zero screen setup — so a 1-shirt order costs us the same per piece as a 20-shirt order. That's why we can say yes to small runs when other shops say no.

Every figure below is the delivered total — garment, print and shipping. Orders of $50 or more ship free; under $50 adds a flat $12. All prices include DTF full-color print in one location. Add rush 2-day production for a flat $50. First order over $250: use WELCOME25 at checkout for $25 off.
When small orders make sense
- Family reunions, birthdays, bachelorette — 4-10 matching tees is our sweet spot
- Memorial & funeral orders — immediate family only, sometimes 1-6 pieces — see Memorial shirts →
- Sample orders before a big run — order 2-3 to test the design before committing to 100+
- Reorders for a new hire — if your artwork's on file, add a single shirt in about 2 minutes
- Personal branding / creator merch — test-and-learn on a few pieces before scaling
- Custom gifts — 1 shirt printed with a custom design for a specific person
The tradeoff (being honest)
There is no small-run surcharge. A single tee is $25, and the per-piece price steps down at 6, 12, 24, 48, 100 and 250 pieces. Orders of $50 or more ship free; under $50 shipping is a flat $12.

What's the minimum order?
No quantity minimum. Order 1 shirt or 100. Order minimum is $20 — that's one shirt. No small-run surcharge at any quantity.
How can you print single shirts affordably?
DTF (direct-to-film) printing has zero screen setup cost. Screen printing requires burning a screen per color, which costs the same whether you print 1 shirt or 500. DTF just prints from a digital file, so 1 shirt costs us the same per-piece as 20. That's why we can offer small-run pricing that most screen-only shops can't.
How much does 1 custom t-shirt cost?
A single custom Gildan 5000 tee is $20 for the shirt + print, plus $12 shipping under $50. Total: $32 for one shirt delivered. Three tees ($60) ship free. Bella+Canvas premium tees are $24 ($36 delivered on a single piece). A Carhartt K87 pocket tee is $36 ($48 delivered on a single piece). Pricing drops at 6+, 12+, 24+ pieces.
Can I order matching shirts for just my immediate family?
Absolutely — that's one of our most common orders. 4-6 matching tees for a family vacation, reunion, memorial, or bachelorette weekend is a sweet spot for our small-run pricing. DTF makes full-color designs affordable at that quantity.
Do you print single shirts for reorders?
Yes. If your artwork is already on file from a prior order, a single-shirt reorder (for a new hire, replacement, or sample) is a two-line email. We'll invoice you the small-run price and ship as soon as we can.
