What is digitizing & why is it charged? →
Embroidery machines
cannot read image files (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI). They only read
stitch files — an engineered map of every needle drop, stitch direction, density, underlay, and thread color. Digitizing is the craft of converting your artwork into that stitch file so it embroiders cleanly and durably.
Done in-house — no overseas middleman, no 2-week wait.
