How to order family reunion shirts (sizes, colors, cost and timeline)
Forty matching reunion tees with a one-color front print cost $10 each — $400 shipped free. Start four weeks before the reunion: one week to settle the design, one to collect sizes, then about a week for proof, 4 business days of production and shipping.

The kids' sizes catch
Youth tees are a different style from adult tees, so they reach quantity breaks on their own. With 30 adult and 10 youth Gildan tees, the adults are $10 each and the 10 youth shirts are $15 each — $450 in all. If the kids are old enough, an adult Small fits most 10–12 year olds and keeps everyone on the cheaper break. Youth sizes run XS–XL.
Colors by family branch
A different shirt color for each branch makes the group photo — and it costs nothing extra, because every color of the same style counts toward one quantity break. Keep the print one color (white or black) so it reads on every shirt color.
Design ideas that photograph well
- Family name large, the year and town small underneath.
- A family tree or branch names on the back (front and back adds $3 a tee).
- A photo of the grandparents — full-color DTF, no extra cost for colors.
- Keep text above 0.25 inch tall so it reads from across the yard.

How far ahead should we order reunion shirts?
Two weeks before the event is comfortable; four weeks out is when to start the design. Rush production (2 business days) is there if you are late.
Can different family members pay for their own shirts?
Yes — open a free group store. Everyone picks a size and pays, and one box ships to the organizer when it closes (12-piece minimum).
Do you have toddler and youth sizes?
Youth XS–XL in the Gildan 5000B and other youth styles in the catalog. Toddler sizes vary by color; ask and we will check.
Can we use a family photo?
Yes. Photos print in full color with DTF at the same price as a one-color design. Send the largest version of the photo you have.
