Why 100 is a price break
100 is where a tier starts: from 100 pieces of one style the printed price drops from $9 to $8 a shirt. That makes 89 to 99 shirts cost more than 100: 99 printed Gildan 5000 tees are $891, 100 are $800. If you are a few short, round up: more shirts for less money. The next break is 250: 250 shirts cost $1,750 ($7 each).

What adds cost
- A second print location. Front and back adds $3 a piece on tees and $4 on hoodies, crewnecks and polos: 100 Gildan 5000 tees printed front and back cost $1,100 ($11 each); 100 Gildan 18500 hoodies front and back, $2,400 ($24 each). A sleeve print adds $3 a piece.
- A second embroidered logo. Adding a back logo to an embroidered order is $14 a piece; an embroidered sleeve $5. Anything bigger than the included 4 × 4 in logo (a full embroidered back, jacket art) is jumbo / all-around at $24 a piece.
- 2XL and up. Bigger blanks cost more, by garment: Gildan 5000 2XL +$4, 3XL–5XL +$6; Gildan 18500 hoodie 2XL +$9, 3XL–5XL +$13; Gildan 8800 polo 2XL +$4, 3XL–5XL +$6. Order them only for the people who need them — a size mix carries no penalty.
- Rush. Standard production is 4 business days after you approve the proof. Rush is 2 business days for a flat $50 at any quantity: 100 rushed Gildan 5000 tees come to $850.
- Embroidery digitizing. $55 once per new embroidered logo, waived at 100 pieces (it applies below 24); free on every reorder of the same logo.
- Shipping. Free on orders of $50 or more, $12 below that — every total on this page clears it. UPS or USPS ground with tracking, usually 2–5 business days in transit.
- Not the number of colors. Full-color art, photos and gradients cost the same as a one-color logo, and there are no setup or screen fees.
