Fraternities and college groupsHow do fraternities collect money for chapter shirts?
The simplest way is a free group store: you share one link, every member picks a size and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and when the store closes we print one order and ship it to the chapter. It costs the chapter nothing, the minimum is 12 pieces (everyone is refunded automatically below that), and you can add up to $10 an item to raise money.
How a group store works
- Pick up to 6 products and your design, and how long the store stays open (7 to 30 days; 14 is typical)
- We check the artwork and send the store link, usually within one business day
- Members order and pay for their own sizes
- When it closes you approve a proof; we print everything together and ship it to the chapter (free on orders of $50 or more)
Other ways chapters pay
| Method | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Group store | Optional shirts, hoodies, family weekend | Needs 12+ pieces |
| Treasurer pays, adds it to dues | Required shirts (recruitment, new member class) | The chapter fronts the money |
| Collect first, then order | Small runs | Chasing late payers and sizes |
